Dear all, As we all are already informed, Radio Udaan Welfare Society is going to organize a 1st ever meet of Radio Udaan on 7th Feb 2015. This event will take place at Aggarwal Dharamshala in Gurhgaon, Hariyana.
Each interested member participating in this get together has to register with us and submit a registration amount of Rs. 500. members will not be provided with accommodation .The said amount will however include lunch and refreshments on the convention day . in the said registration charges. It also includes your registration fee for entire program and convention. Kindly note the below points in view of the proposed convention: 2. Transport facility such as pick and drop arrangement is not being provided to the members from our side at any time or any point during this convention. 3. The said registration amount does not include any fare for Train ticket, flight fare or any charges for any road transportation for the participants. This means members have to make their transportation or travel arrangement on their own. 4. Use of alcohol in any form by any mean will not be allowed in the convention premises. The program will commence sharply by 9 30 AM on 7th Feb 2015 and wind-up by 8 PM on the same day. Saturday, 7th Feb, 2015 * (09:30 AM) Saraswati Vandana. * (09:40 AM) Inauguration Ceremony followed by welcome note. * (10:00 AM) Address by guest of Honor. * (10:30 AM) Press conference. * (11:30 AM) Tea break. * (11:45 AM) Stage play by Radio Udaan presenters, directed by Danish Mahajan. * (12:15 PM) Open discussion, importance of internet radio in view of today's media and Entertainment. * (01:00 PM) Lunch break. * (02:00 PM) Presentation delivery by Ms. Divya Sharma on any inspirational topic. * (03:00 PM) group activity. * (04:00 PM) Cultural evening, session will include music, singing, orchestra, poem etc. * (07:30 PM) Closure of theevent.
