delivered freely.

*       We have set a digitization cell in the university
*       We should have national resource Centre where contents could be
archived. It would be helpful for avoiding duplication
*       There should be Career counseling for persons with disabilities.
*       JNU has proposed a proposal to create a national resource Centre we
will work upon it.
*       Speaker: Professor Sudesh Upodhya: Chairperson of RCI
*       If education is sceen as a means of self-reliance how we can provide
education to disabled children in the country.
*       Some times Techno-literacy is easier than literacy. Mentally
challenged was sitting with computer with corded colours and it was
his first interaction with the technology.
*       Digital divide itself is a challenge for disability sector.
