Just carry your disability ID card with you and a photo copy of it. Get in touch with the Thevastan people associated with room booking and they will help you out. Technically you pay a dipt and get it back while checking out. Although they may expect a bit of bribe to give you a comfortable room. As for as Dharshan is concerned, there is a separate counter for disabled and there are specific times. In mornings, the counter is opened until 9 or 10 I am not sure, but I always reach there before 9:00 AM. There's an evening timing which someone else can enlighten you.
