Hi!
They are saying that we can book the e-tickets from IRCTC but today I login to the website to check whether the reservation form has been modify accordingly or not like to enter dissability card number or something like this. But I found no modification in the same. Have they launch any other portal for concessional e-ticketing? Further, we have to take in to consideration this matter from the accessibility point also. If we have to book the ticket from IRCTC itself, then we all aware that the accessibility is very very poor. We all have to do something in this direction also.
Thanks and regards,
Rohiet

Thank you Harish sir for pointing this out.

Some of salient features of the Photo-identity card are as follows.
