Dear friends, A person aged 48 is hearing and speech impaired by birth. Now due to RP, he is gradually loosing vision. Hence he is finding it difficult to understand sign language. His wife called me to know about any rehabilitation for such people. I found her to be extremely positive as she herself managed to find some ways of communicating with him. It seems she has come across someone similar on a news channel a few years at Banglore. Please provide any guidance so that I can help them.
