Please ensure that the sites will meet the success criteria of WCAG 2.0 so that the sites will be accessible for people with different disabilities. 2. Not only the sites but also the PDF files of circulars and other orders posted in the sites are also accessible.

Swalamban http://www.swavlamban.info/index.php/en/ The MGNREGA site is widely used by Gram Panchayat officers (recently Karnataka government hired around 150 VIs. Most of the PDF files provided by Swalamban site is not accessible. The menus (mouseover) elements in the NIC developed sites does not get activated with the keyboard.
