I was told by an insurance employee as he's not interested in joining this
group until you're changing this name as a common one instead of banking
employees' association. I'm not sure others' opinion about it. I personally
felt as his justification was correct.

2. Organising of informative seminars about various job opportunities,

etc.
3. Conducting surveys regarding work-place conditions, based on certain
parameters, of visually impaired employees of the sector.
4. Assisting VIBEWA for establishing its Zonal Committees and offices in
various parts of the country.
