Hi, No, you misunderstood my question. I'm talking about audio recording devices, not audio guided devices, i.e. I am asking; Why do we, the visually impaired, need to record audio, in what situations, and where the need arises only for VIs and not the sighted? I have never found a solid reason for the need of audio recording devices speicifically for the visually impaired...
