Hi Well, I am open to suggestions, however, on the face of events unfolding, all I can say that folks get in trouble by commenting on fellow members mail on the list rather than writing by private mail.
Let me enlighten the house, we have a team of mentors who write by private mail to the persons concerned wherever intervention is required. The idea is to avoid action and rather take a corrective approach. If the mentors fail in their attempt and if the member is a constant defaulter, that is the time I take action. Besides, when situation arises as in this case, immediate action is taken. By and large, there is no need for any member to request action against any member on the list. The member can certainly write to me by private mail if they have any issue about any members interaction on the list. If there is any better way to handle such situations, I would welcome suggestions. However, please make it a private mail.
