The software available till date, can tell you the length of a line. It can provide you with a brief idea of shape and size. But coral draw is used for different purposes. You can draw lines in paint also. The veri basic software "logo" can also be used to draw different shapes. You can type proper commands in dos and the design is ready. But in Coral Draw, we use different colour schemes in order to give pleasing effect to a particular shape. What is pleasing and what is not, is a matter of judgement which no application is able to tell. It is the decision of the person who is using the application.
