Hi,

I doubt such software exists. You can try to shoehorn Microsoft Visio into
storyboarding but beyond that, I think you're out of luck. You could of course
get screenreader scripts developed for a software of your choice but it is
possible that the scripts will not give you enough information to be able to
create or read a story board effectively.

I suggest you find alternative ways of presenting that information to your
child.

If the school insists on a storyboard, then you may want to discuss this with
them because it is unreasonable for them to ask a blind child to present things
graphically. I don't see how storyboarding would add any value.

Having said all the above, if you really need to create something, then look at
scalable Vector graphics and constructing basic shapes manually. You could then
put the shapes together in different arrangements and create a storyboard.
