Was there any other circular issued previously stating that no
undertaking be asked for or something on those lines? If not, then
beautifully drafted circular, without taking the onus of saying that
our earlier restrictions stand withdrawn. So the possibility of branch
manager insisting for an undertaking cannot be ignored. Since he may
just not know about the June 2014 order and the current order (a copy
of which is not available online).
As this circular states nothing more and nothing less than what is
their in the master circular.
