Friends, Apologies for a delayed response ...but, many thanks to all for sharing an overwhelmingly varied number of suggestions on how to bridge the gap between a visually challenged single parent and a sighted child. It was very touching to read so many ideas from so many people. It sure seems that there are many more work-arounds than I had singly thought of.
In fact, in a matter of days, a friend from my neighbourhood has already agreed to spend time twice or thrice a week to help improve with my son's hand writing! Cheers!
