Hello, This is for a friend. Haws is not showing any item on his system tray. It is always saying 0 item, although sighted persons can see the items on the taskbar. He has unchecked the Hide inactive icons option on the taskbar properties of control panel.
He is using Jaws 13 and 15 on his windows xp system. Please help.
