1. smart cam software both for your phone and your computer. download

2. USB cable if you want your phone to use only as a webcam.
3. bluetooth or wifi for wireless comunication. since wifi is forbiden in
c5, so bluetooth will be enough.
procedure for turning your phone in to cctv camera are as followes:
1. install the program that came along with this male on both your phone
and
your computer.
2. lunch the program on your phone and your computer. prior to lunch the
program, make sure that your "bluetooth" of your computer is in
discoverable
mode.
3. from your phone, go to options and then settings. navigating using
up/down arrow, select "connection type", and select "bluetooth" from the
dropdown list.
4. now in settings menu, select "bluetooth server" and pair your phone
with
your computer from there itself. make sure that "smart cam" is still
running
on your computer.
5. that's it. now press option from your phone, and then select
"connect".
If you want to save whatever your mobile captures, you can click "start
capture" from the file menu on computer.
