Differently-abled students in Jawaharlal Nehru University will soon get an air-conditioned bus to travel within the university. "This AC bus by BHEL will benefit around 300 differently-abled students living on the campus of the university, particularly in the summer months (April to July) when the weather is extremely hot," said JNU spokesperson Poonam Kudesia. Proper infrastructure at bus stops The university administration will be providing disabled-friendly supporting infrastructure at bus stops commensurate with the nature of disabilities of the students.
