Though I am unable to understand the essence of your question, nevertheless I don't think such rule exists anywhere which binds a company to provide the information in accessible format. One thing is not clear in your message, whether the company u are talking about, is a private company or a public undertaking? If it is public one, u may have required info refering to regulations/guidelines to this effect to provide the information in accessible format. But be mindful of this fact, no law or guideline etc. mandate in unequivocal terms that the information shall be provided in accessible format for persons with special needs. Though RTI Act 2005 may have some provisions to this effect, but not directly.
