Hello friends
I am sorry to inform you that One of our friend Mr. Rishal Singh, 47 years
old, ex student of Model School, Dehradun finally lost the battle of his
life this morning after a long illness. He was a very good all round blind
cricketer of his time. specially known for his quick balling and long
scoring shots.
He was an active member of N.F.B. during the 1st movement, started by
N.F.B. between 1980-90 for the welfare of visually impaired people.
Since he was a partially sighted student so, he use to bring a large
number of students from Model School to New Delhi in each hesitations,
conducted by N.F.B.
