I should be corrected if I'm wrong. But is one eye blindness and one ear deafness called partial disability? As far as my knowledge goes, at least in case of blindness, one eye blindness is not considered as disability at all, be it total or partial. Not commenting on this job opening. I really hope someone deserving grabs this opportunity. But just felt whether it is a misconception of the employer that one eyed or one ear impaired person is called as partially disabled? And any claim that they have recruited persons with disabilities is valid?
I reiterate, no comments on the job announcement. One eye blind and one ear impaired have a certain disadvantage when compared to the fully abled, and might deserve some accommodation.
