Hi, Orca is the only fully functional and well-maintained screen reader for Linux. There do exist some abandoned and inactive screen reader projects for Linux as well. Almost a year ago, when I tried to quickly make a switch to Linux from Microsoft Windows, sufficient documentation and tutorials was one of the primary factors of my unsuccessful try. I am unaware if any tutorial series has been created afterwards. Simply sharing my experience....
