The role involves co-coordinating with vendors, checking quality of outputs etc Job: Senior Associate - Card Operations & Unsecured Lending Principal Responsibilities: * The role contributes by ensuring quality execution of the operations process in Account opening team for Cards and unsecured lending. * The role warrants liaison with various internal and external customers for effective fulfillment of the job requirements. * The jobholder has to ensure that servicing entities maintain the prescribed service standards and proactively prevent frauds by ensuring prescribed checks, while carrying out daily functions. * The jobholder in their daily functions should provide support in responding to queries from various internal and external customers. * The jobholder should actively participate in various projects (including six sigma projects), UAT and process improvement initiatives. * He/she will strive for the team to achieve efficiency with minimal error rates and Turn-around and at lowest costs. * Vendor performance parameters should be reviewed from time to time and ensure vendor adherence to SLA and agreement. * The job holder is responsible for highlighting trends in applications coming through the door and is also responsible for minimal wastages.
