Subject: [AI] would like to share one good news with you

Hello,
Today I would like to share one information and good news with you.
One of our member Mr. Karan Singhania who has pursued his MBA studies
from the highly reputed management institution in the country and
internationally i.e. IIM Ahmedabad.

He has now received the offer to work with the company Bharti Airtell
Ltd. To look after the functions related to it's corporate and Finance
department. So let us congratulate him on his marwellous success. You
may direct your wishes on his personal id please, i.e.

This is surely a great achievement to work with such a reputed brand. As
Bharti Airtel Limited is a leading global telecommunications company
with operations in 20 countries across Asia and Africa. Headquartered
in New Delhi,
India, the company ranks amongst the top 4 mobile service providers
globally in terms of subscribers. In India, the company's product
offerings include
2G, 3G and 4G wireless services, mobile commerce, fixed line services,
high speed DSL broadband, IPTV, DTH, enterprise services including
national & international
long distance services to carriers.
In the rest of the geographies, it offers 2G, 3G wireless services
and mobile commerce. Bharti Airtel had nearly 299
million customers across its operations at the end of June 2014

established in July 07, 1995, as a Public Limited Company.

During his work, I suppose he might be dealing with the sensitive
issues like financial snapshots, invester's relations, stock exchange
submitions, mergers, shares performance, corporate governance,
inversters support, shareholders communications and lot more.

To write about his struggle, I know him since last six years when he
was in class 9th. He lost his sight at a very small age. Since then
his actual struggle started to gather all the support for all most
everything like finding readers, writers, good tewtors, etc. these
everything was very difficult and even now is difficult especially in
the area where he belonged to. I myself is the whitness of this
situation as even me too belong to the same district of chhatisgarh
where people are not too aware of rendering such kind of voluntary
help to the blind and despite making them aware and making the appeal
for the same, they are not too much serious to deliver. Everything was
just made possible due to his friendly nature with his class mates,
hard work and personal perceptiveness to be the contributing and
supporting member to his family. I remember that when he first met me,
he asked me about the available softwares for the blind that can make
our working independent on the computer, I showed him the jaws
demonstration on my PC, he immediately acquired this software and in a
few conversations over the phone with me, he started using it to great
extent.
He also had to face lots of hurdles to take admission in the school
for higher secondary due to his visual impairment for which he had to
make several visits to collectorates and ministries to get this done.
Further, I also saw him struggling even for his revaluation of 10th
class final papers in which he was wrongly been marked as absent in
one of the subject resulting in failures and large reduction of marks.
He had to go all the way to Ajmer from Chhatisgarh to rectify this
blunder commited on the part of the board.

Despite these unlimited challenges and struggles, he always secured
more than 90% in all his examinations from school to college and till
today.

I know that one might have the feeling of no importance after reading
all these success assuming to have the feeling in one's mind that he
might have got the support from his parents which lacks in most of the
cases with blind children. Of course, this was there but on the top of
it, his vigorous and bold attitude to fight against injustice made his
parents to stand by with his all the difficulties.

My idea to write this entire experience is just to wake those who get
frustrated due to any lack of support/facilities exist around them but
if you consider everything this to be a battle field, something worth
can surely be achieved.

So eagerly looking forward to have more say from him on his
experience during the work. So Let's wish him all the best on behalf
of the list for his starting career and lots of job satisfaction.
Thanks,

--

Mukesh jain
