the very same difficulty I already faced recently. I was in urgent need to post couple of the braille books with quotation under free article but they simply cut it down and asked me to pay the charge for that post! Don't we have any of the circular which can we show directly to the post ofices officers while posting the Braille articles or Audio bbooks? If someone have the availability of these type of written free postal Articles circular so please share. RD
