Dear All,

Greetings from the Blind Graduates' Forum of India (BGFI)!

This time, we touch upon an entirely new dimention of life, that is
fitness. Growth of an individual in its true sense means physical,
intellectual, mental and spiritual growth. That is what shapes you as
a person all together.

In the hustle and bustle of life, we at times forget this truth and
focus on our growth in a narrower sense.

This time, with the expertise of Dr. Priti Sharma who works as a Yoga
Therapist, we bring you an opportunity to learn the key to fitness be
it physical, emotional, mental or spiritual.

In Dr. Sharma's words, "Yoga is an Indian system of Health and
Healing. While Yoga is a practice that integrates all of the senses as
a means to being present, it does not mean that a disability in one of
the senses makes a person any less able as a practitioner. When one of
our senses that receives information from the outside world is as all
diminished, it provides the opportunity to more fully concentrate on
the others. In some ways, this actually facilitates the practice of
Yoga, which asks of us to draw our attention inward, a fitting
practice."

This will be a one day event, starting from 9 in the morning and
ending around 5 in the evening.

The event is scheduled for March 29th (Sunday).
