hi, you can do the following to achieve the task to select the desired rows and columns, press control g and write the cell range (starting column name followed by colon sign with ending column name) and give copy command (control c). you can now paste the same where ever you like. secondly, to maximise the window of an application, press alt space to open system menu and then press x button to activate maximise option.
