Hi, You definitely have the option to delete all the mails by performing a few simple operations. Before I proceed, I assume that you are using JAWS as the screen reader and the latest version of Mozilla Firefox (36.0.4) as the web browser. Other screen readers and earlier versions of Firefox may be applicable, But I am not sure if they will work. First, you need to switch to standard view for this purpose. Next, click on "Select which tab to show or hide" button. Here you will be presented with the choices to add or remove several tabs in your inbox. Now Uncheck all the check boxes to remove all the tabs except the primary tab since it's the default section which accommodates all the mails that arrive into your inbox. In fact, you can't remove it even if you wish. Click on "save" button after deselecting those categories. Now you won't see any tab in your inbox similar to the old structure of Gmail inbox which we used to have earlier. Next, press the letter C to locate the "select button menu", and press the space bar key to activate the forms mode. Find the "all" option by navigating with the arrow keys and press enter. Now, for your convenience, I would prefer to outline an example so that you can smoothly perform the rest of the steps. Let's assume you have accomplished all the above steps. Now press the T key to find the table. JAWS will announce "table with x columns and Y rows. Possibly 7 columns and 50 rows. Anyways, whatever the number may be, ignore it. Now, press the up arrow key to find the Link called "select all X conversations in the Inbox", and activate that link by pressing enter. Note that X is the number of conversations that are contained in your inbox. After clicking on that link, you will be presented with a dialog box containing the prompt to confirm the action. Hit OK button to provide confirmation. That's it, everything will be moved to the Trash folder. They will be deleted automatically after 30 days unless you delete them manually from there by following the similar steps. After this action, you can redefine the structure of your inbox to your preferred state by selecting the relevant categories such as Social, forums, Updates and Promotions. Hope that helps
