well, friends, who hasn't faced it in some way or the other? i was happy to see the response of the authorities, they took due cognijence of the matter. would any authority here just give a crap to it? the buses i am having to travel almost dialy are a case in point. in some of them, the seat meant to be for disabled have been surreptitiously removed.
