Kindly find below the procedure for creating a pivot table in Excel 2010 using JAWS.

1. Ensure that the focus is placed in the Excel worksheet containing the data from which the pivot table is to be generated.
2. Move to the Insert tab on the menu-bar.
3. The first sub-tab inside the Insert tab is the Table tab & the first option within the Table tab is the Pivot Table option. Press Enter on this option to launch the Pivot Table dialog box. 4. In the Pivot Table dialog box, the focus is placed on the range of cells to be used to generate the pivot table. By default, Excel selects all contiguous cells containing data from the worksheet having focus. This field is an edit field & the user can edit the cell range as per requirement. 5. Pressing Shift+Tab once will take the focus to the source of the Pivot Table data. The source can be an Excel worksheet within the same file or an external source. The option to select the data source consists of 2 radio buttons & the user should select the appropriate button. 6. Pressing Tab once will return focus to the edit field containing the cell ranges. 7. Press Tab again to move to the Pivot Table destination option. The Pivot Table can be created on the existing worksheet (containing the data) or it can be created on a new worksheet. The Pivot Table destination option consists of 2 radio buttons & the user should select the required button. 8. If the Pivot Table is to be created in a new worksheet, Excel will insert the new worksheet & place focus in cell A3.
9. Press F6 to move to the Pivot Table options dialog box.
10. The focus is placed by default on a combo box containing the various headings available in the data. Each of the options within the combo box has an associated check-box but JAWS will not read the check-box. 11. Press the space-bar to select the check-box for one of the options under the combo box & press Tab to move to the next option. 12. The next option is a drop-down box containing various options for positioning the option selected in the combo box. The various options include move to the beginning, move to the end (both options rearrange the columns/ rows in the pivot table), set as row headers, set as column headers etc. One of the available options might have been already selected & JAWS will read this option as unavailable.
13. Press Enter in this drop-down box to select the desired option.
14. Repeat the procedure mentioned in steps 11 to 13 for all the headings in the combo box. 15. After completing the selection of options from the drop-down menu for all options within the combo box, press Shift+F6 to exit the Pivot Table dialog box.
16. The focus will be placed within the Pivot Table generated from the data.
