As you know,this year Govt of India via ministry of railways issued ID card for e ticketing for disabled persons. but after reading your comments on accessindia it has been observed that many persons who are interested for making Id card for e ticketing are suffering many problems or officials are not properly follow the guidelines for issuing of ID card. so i am gonna to file RTI before ministry of railways so if you have any question or facing any difficulties , kindly send me your questions so that i can ask directly to ministry of railways not only for i d card , any kind of problem concerned with railways.
