Go to control panel. Choose region and language. Here the third tab is "keyboard and language. In this tab the first option is "install and uninstall keyboards and languages. Choose "change keyboard" option. Different available keyboards would display in the list. Select one of them. Press tab key. There are "add" button as well as "remove" button for the selected keyboard.
