Lets see how far this order is enforced by the public service commission. Such orders given by disability commissioner are usually disregarded by service commissions. I have two of such experiences. Last time, I applied for the post of civil judge (entry level) in Madhya Pradesh Judicial services exams, after filling the form they refused me even to appear in the exam, because according to them blind persons are not allowed to apply for this post. I filed a case with Disability Commissioner MP, an order was issued by the commissioner, but MP High Court didn't pay any attention to the order and rejected my claim.
