Hi, The people of Mumbai can now visit the district commercial office for availing the concessional ID card. For complete process, refer to circular no. 18 of 2015 available on Indian Railways (ministry portal) which is uniform across all divisions.
The contact person for Mumbai Central is Mrs. Vandana, and central line users should check with the commercial department situate at D.N. Road.
