Of course, arts students can do BCA from IGNOU. As a prerequisition they have to complete two certificate courses from IGNOU itself.

I would explain diagrams to my scribe to draw. for few questions if
its not possible, atleast explain it theoritically. after 12th, I
don't think bca is possible for arts students as math/ computer
science is bit challenging for them. (not sure), in most of the
colleges in bangalore, arts students are not allowed to take bca.

Subject: [AI] BCA Examination: Accessibility issues

Hi all,
Writing for my Friend, Sooraj. Last BCA Final SEM Exam he faced number of
Graphic oriented questions, due to accessibility challenges, he forced to
quit these questions.
Is there any protocols to make the Educational documents accessible for
every one?
Now, is there any chance to claim the mark for these?
If so, To whom we should approach? from where we could collect the
supportive Gov. Circulars?
Kindly put some light on this matter,
Expect help from all of you.
