Hi
I would still recommend, don't use it for another few more days. On Iphone,
you cannot remove the battery. Still power it offkeeping it vertically as
possible, so the moisture trickles down by gravity.
Keep it like this where there is maximum sunshine to evaporate the remaining
moisture.
Finally wish you the very best.
Harish.

Subject: [AI] iPhone's microphone damaged in water
Dear Members,
Can someone guide based on the similar unfortunate experience?
On Sunday, I dropped my phone in water just for a second as as I was
quick to rescue it but it still went out of order.
I kept soaking the moisture oozing out of the charger slot and then in
the evening it started by itself.
Thankfully, the phone is working all right only that it’s microphone
is not working.
Right now, I am using my earphone mic to talk to people.
So to conclude, the only part damaged I think is the microphone. What
should I do?
Please let know
