hello gretings as for my understanding, you are using jaws 16 32 bit with windows 7 if this is the case, please install the file called, install_ca.bat so that, your jaws will run automatically for skype scripts do the following 1. go to the folder, where you downloaded the scripts 2. place the cursore on the scripts 3. unzip the files 4. copy the scripts from the unzipped folder 5. go to C:\Users\admin\AppData\Roaming\Freedom Scientific\JAWS\16.0\Settings\enu and paste it them and restart it, the scripts might get work if u r facing the issues, kindly let me know
