background,
earlier i was with my asus netbook with windows 7 basic 32 bit,
now i am with my newly purchased linovo laptop with windows 7 ultimate 64 bit.
with my earlier netbook, i had no issues with my wordpad in reading rtf files,
but with my new computer, i am facing multiple problems,
1. pressing control+up and down arrow keys doesnt navigate properly,
2. full document is not visible, only half, just a bit, or almost
full, differs from documennt to document.
3. using :^p wont work,
pressing control+g wont work because page numbers are not dissplayed at all,
nun of these problems exist in my ms office though,
i tried with different versions of jaws and with different document,
i amm sure that problem is with my wordpad.
can any techy help me to fix and do me a great favour?
i have checked in internet and even found that there are no different
versions of wordpad since windows 98.
then where may be the issue?
will be waiting for your replies,
