Congratulations to both of you. Excellent!... keep it on!... jobs.
Other banks will now follow Union bank for accessible ATMs
installation and training initiatives. This training will really make
persons with visual disabilities fully productive employees.

Please also focus on web portal accessibility and accessibility of
online banking facilities. That will add more value.  This would be a
model bank in India.
