dear friends, I wish to know that, many of our vip working in any job with the help of telephone, in the offices. but, I am facing one problem that I could not able to identify the caller number in the office telephone either in the single line, or, EPABX, PBX. can we get talking caller I d? or any talking software, through which we can find out missed call, received call etc. we got accesibility for our personal mobile phones. but, can we make office phone accesible? if it is there, what may be the price? from where we can get? please throw some light, and your experiences in this regard, and also about the software. thanks in advance, for your guidance. with best regards m.chandru
