Hi, Nitesh, I second Shankar Sir. Your question is unclear. NVDA's recent extensive support for Microsoft Outlook, browse mode for Microsoft Office and the sweet in general should have coverage for basic tasks. Till my reading, JAWS has polished support as well in this area. Let me know if you are talking about enabling and using browse mode and quick navigation keys in Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Word.
