Srinagar, May 18
 A delegation of the Humanity Welfare Organisation, Bijbehara, led by
its honorary chairman Javed Ahmad Tak, called on Governor NN Vohra
here today.
 Tak highlighted problems faced by the differently-abled people.
 He urged the Governor to intervene for ensuring proper implementation
of reservation rules for the differently-abled people by various state
recruiting agencies, provision of ration cards to persons with
disabilities under the Antyodaya Anna Yojana and those who fall the
Below Poverty Line, 3 per cent reservation for contractors with
disabilities for allotment of contracts by all works departments,
appointment of a full-time Disability Commissioner and proper check on
issuance of disability certificates.
