You are looking at a Braille note taker or a Braille display connected to a
smartphone. Many note takers can also act as Braille displays. One family of
such products you should consider is Seika.

Some of their products are affordable despite the rupee dollar exchange rate and
they have dealers in India. 

Other list members have suggested other brands so you have a fair amount of
choice.

Be warned, if you use a note taker, the file formats it can handle are
restricted. This is why I suggest a smart phone paired with a braille display.
