Hi Anjali, You are looking at a Braille note taker or a Braille display connected to a smartphone. Many note takers can also act as Braille displays. One family of such products you should consider is Seika. http://www.seikabraille.com/ Some of their products are affordable despite the rupee dollar exchange rate and they have dealers in India.
Other list members have suggested other brands so you have a fair amount of choice. Be warned, if you use a note taker, the file formats it can handle are restricted.
