Friends It gives me immense pleasure to announce that Visually Impaired Bank Employees Welfare Association, VIBEWA, has compiled an illustrative list of jobs handled by visually impaired bank employees at various levels. The list is put together after due deliberations and calling for actual dooers of the jobs enumerated therein. Efforts of all of our vibians have gone into it. Needless to say, the list is not exhaustive and is a work in progress and would be revised from time to time. It still does not include specialized job profiles like law officer, etc. Even in its present form, the list serves as a ready reckoner for blind bank employees and the bank managements for devising a suitable job profile for a particular blind employee in the bank. VIBEWA has forwarded the list to almost all the public sector banks and they have duly acknowledged it.
