Hi,
Kiran,
Is this specific to word navigation or paragraph navigation as well?
In NVDA, did this issue begin after a certain version number or from
the beginning itself?
Does the NVDA Log Viewer (NVDA menu > Tools submenu > View Log)
display any errors, warnings or tracebacks?
The strange part is that both NVDA and JAWS exhibit this behaviour in
your experience, which makes me think that this is a system or Word
issue. Could you test this with Microsoft Narrator and report your
findings and observations?
Thanks.
