Spoken English and Computer Training Programme at Divya Jyothi
Charitable Trust, Mysore

Divya Jyothi Charitable Trust, Mysore, is offering courses in Spoken
English and Computer Training for visually impaired students. The
entire computer training course syllabus is covered as per the
NIELIT(National Institute of Information and Electronic Technology)
Regional Center of your State and in the year of end BCC certificate
will be issued by NIELIT.

The course duration is One Year starting from 22nd June 2015.


The course covers:
1.       Basic spoken English
2.       Computer operations such as:

a.      Working with files and folders
b.      Creating and managing user accounts
c.      CD burning, scanning books on Windows XP operating system
d.      MS Office 2010 applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
e.      Configuring Outlook express
f.      Use of E-mails
g.      Internet browsers; Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox etc.
h.      Intent messaging, voice messaging
i.      Using applications for screen readers such as JAWS13, NVDA and
Kurzweil operation.

The One Year course includes counseling for employment training,
career guidance, soft skills and personality development.

Faculty:
Many eminent personalities in professional training, skills
development, and employment counseling would be involved in guiding
and assisting the candidates during the training program. Through
computer literacy and spoken English training, the course aims to
enhance the candidate's employment prospects, all round development.

Eligibility criteria:
1.      SSLC Pass
2.      Preference given to graduates and post graduates
3.      Age limit: 18 to 35 years

1.  Number of seats: 10
2.  Course deposit: Rs 1000 (refundable)
3.  Last date of admissions: 20 June 2015, No admissions will be
entertained after 21 June 2015
4.  Hostel accommodation will be provided
5. Midday meals will be provided
6. Certificate will issue by National Institute of Electronics &
Information Technology)

Students who are pursuing their education after SSLC in regular
colleges, who are pursuing correspondence course, as well as students
Who have completed their education is all eligible for this course.
Students, who are going to regular colleges, can also be benefitted
along with their education.
