In case of a joint bank account, each of the joint account holders is
eligible to enrol himself/ herself for both schemes.

if you have netbanking facility with indian bank then, facility should
be there for enroling into insurance else, if you approach their
branch, they will be eager to join you in that scheme since all banks
are given targets and they are running frantically for that.
