Hi George and avinash Are we moving in era of apartheid for disabled students. High and mighty living in big cities capturing the seats in these colleges. Why not high scoring students who are empowered show courage and compete with normal students. Why not leave reservation and give opportunities to students from far flung areas of north east, jharkhand, chhatisgarh etc. Can you see any possibility of this.
