Hi, Skype for Desktop has a rather cumbersome an unintuitive user interface which requires a lot of tabbing around to access different areas of the screen due to lack of quick keystrokes to jump to the same. I doubt if an audio tutorial exists on useing Skype with screen reader, however, if one does, regardless of which screen reading fosftware it demonstrates Skype with, transcribing it to an NVDA user's comprehension should be fairly simple. Alternatively, you could perhaps ask a contact of yours to practically give you a walkthrough of Skype (I may be willing to do the same as well). By the way, I too use Skype with NVDA. Thanks.
