Hello sir!
Good to know your experience about IRCTC. But as you mention that you book
the tickets by selecting the checkbox that says I will book in handicap
quota, did you receive the photo ID card by railway? If so, Please let us
know that how much time it took in your case to receive the same?

hi all
oflet, therre has been a lot of discussion regarding IRCTC capcha codes.
as a matter of fact, there are 2 capcha codes: one on log in screen
and the other at the time of conmfirming the ticket.
however, if you select check box which says "i will book as handicap",
you receive OTP on your registered cell and thus a VI individual can
book reserved ticket independently.
i have booked two tickets today and i received OTP without any hitch.
