Hi,
I don’t understand what is the problem making concessional TKT online? Why
Railway is not able to understand the pain of needy people?
Infact If I am not too wrong, have they not started online facilities some
part of India as a testing? What happen to that? Does any 1 aware of it?

Dear George

This is definitely not one of situation. Quite often booking clerks create
nuisance while issuing concessional tickets.

The way forward to deal with this situation is to sensatise those manning
the 139 toll free folks. They are a smaller number to deal with. Again,
periodical follow up's is essential. Ideally, all those in railways should
be sensatised, the number is too large to be considered a practical
proposition.

The online accessible booking would at least deal with the booking clerk's
woes.

Read the latest blog from Eyeway. Travelling by Indian Railways is
traumatic for the average blind citizen, whether it booking a ticket, or
whether it be just travelling. Pappu Khushwaha had a nightmare of an
experience. Thank God he is still on the train.

Enjoy and get angry!
