Yes, that is good. Some of us have had good experiences with banks. However, there are many who are denied basic facilities in spite of RBI and other circulars. There is an inconsistency in the way banks have been responding to blind and visually impaired customers. Just like some people have had great experiences with scribes and exams but then there are many who have got raw deals. Laws and provisions are in place but it is the execution that is inconsistent.
